Go to EasySpeak
- Go to the EasySpeak website: https://toastmasterclub.org/
- Go to Help Options, then click on Knowledge Map.
You do not need to login to view the Knowledge Map pages. The process is the same whether you are logged in or not.
Knowledge Base
- You will now be on a page called Toastmasters – Knowledge Base.
- This page includes many Knowledge Base Articles for information on EasySpeak and Toastmasters meetings in general, including Meeting Roles.
Toastmaster Roles
- For information on Meeting Roles, scroll down until you find a subheading called Toastmaster Roles.
- Each role has Knowledge Base Articles which describe the duties involved when performing that role
- There are a few Knowledge Base Articles for each role due to minor variations of each role in some clubs. You may wish to browse each Knowledge Base Article for your chosen role, especially if you are new to performing that role.

- Browsing the Knowledge Base Articles, you should be able to find out:
- About the role.
- What to do before the meeting.
- What to do during the meeting – including introducing the role, and your report (if applicable).
